Then after we tackle the task or the event passes, the thing that seemed so scary and that had us worked up wasnt half as bad as we made it out to be. When you find yourself getting all worked up over something, always remember: ACTION CURES FEAR. Fear thrives in darkness and passivity. Shine a light on what is troubling you. Break it down into component parts. Create activities and take action to work on the issues. As you move ahead, feel your confidence grow and the fear / anxiety dissipate .
